Erin (Mindoro) Ezra, a partner in the Irvine office, focuses her practice on employment law and litigation.Erin has successfully represented clients in wage and hour disputes, sexual harassment, discrimination, accommodation, retaliation, and other employment disputes.In addition to litigation, Erin also works with business owners, managers, and human resource departments to help ensure sound practices that prevent employment litigation and minimize workplace disputes. Erin was also recognized in Top Verdict’s "Top 10 Labor & Employment in California in 2017" for Nguyen v. Renaissance Nails & Spa, Inc.Before joining Berger Kahn, Erin was an associate at O’Connell and Aronowitz in the firm’s Plattsburgh, New York office, where her practice concentrated on litigation.In her practice, Erin has successfully handled appeals, including published opinions in Bourdeau Bros., Inc. v.
