Certified as a mediator by The Bar Association of San Francisco and appointed by the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco as an arbitrator, Mr. Roeca has the skills and experience to help his clients resolve their issues.Mr. Roeca began his legal career in 1980 after obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and his license to practice from The State Bar of California, where he also received his certification in legal malpractice law. He is admitted to practice before all of California's U.S. District Courts as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.Dedicated to his practice, Mr. Roeca remains active in many professional legal organizations, including the American Bar Association and The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF), where he also served as the organization's president as well as chair for the organization's Legal Malpractice Section.Devoted to his community, he volunteers his services and provides financial support for BASF's Volunteer Legal Services Program and the AIDS Legal Referral Panel.
