Since 1994, Noell P. Tin has been representing clients in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the surrounding areas. In 2002, he founded what is today Tin Fulton Walker & Owen PLLC. He practices in all areas of criminal defense, including white collar, public corruption, homicide and drug cases. His high profile cases have been featured in regional and national media outlets including the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Charlotte Observer, CBS' "60 Minutes" and ABC News' "20/20.
