Since 1994, Noell P. Tin has been representing clients in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the surrounding areas. In 2002, he founded what is today Tin Fulton Walker & Owen PLLC. He practices in all areas of criminal defense, including white collar, public corruption, homicide and drug cases.
