Keith J. Moten is Of Counsel with Moten & Associates and represents clients in both Los Angeles, California, and Atlanta, Georgia. His practice focus includes cases of estate and trust litigation, probate, business litigation, employment litigation and arbitration. With almost 15 years of experience, he understands the importance of a good lawyer and a solid estate plan, as he lost his parents when he was only 25.To help family members in the area get through difficult times, Mr. Moten represents beneficiaries, heirs, fiduciaries, banks, executors, trustees and contestants. He is passionate about estate planning, probate, and revocable living trust administration and litigation.
