During law school, he gained experience by working for The Wozniak Law Group, P.C., in Mendon, Massachusetts. Upon law school graduation, Mr. Gazewood moved to Alaska, where he worked in a variety of different legal settings. He spent five years as a prosecutor in the Fairbanks district attorney’s office and was a partner at Levengood & Gazewood PC from 2007 to 2009. Always actively involved in his community, Mr. Gazewood is a member of several professional and community organizations. He has served as both president and vice president of the Tanana Valley Bar Association. He has also served on the board of directors of the Midnight Sun Run and Fairbanks Counseling & Adoption.
