Daniella D. Lyttle

Attorney Daniella D. Lyttle is the founder of Lyttle Law Firm, PLLC, in Austin, Texas. Ms. Lyttle practices in the areas of estate, family law, immigration and probate, serving clients throughout the state of Texas.Ms. Lyttle graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and gerontology. She earned her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law and graduated magna cum laude.  Before entering the legal profession, she served in the U.S. Army as a human resource specialist and a medical specialist.Admitted to practice law in Texas since 2009, Ms. Lyttle is licensed before Texas state courts. She is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.Over the course of her career, Ms. Lyttle has received various awards and honors for her work. She was named one of the “Top 100 Attorneys” by the National Academy of Jurisprudence and a “Top 100 Lawyer” for the state of Texas by The National Advocates.Ms. Lyttle is active in professional organizations, including the Austin Bar Association, the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She also belongs to the Texas Bar College and volunteers her time to the Lawyer Referral Service of Central Texas legal line, the Austin Bar Association’s People’s Law School and Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas.
