- A member of Bryant Legal, LLC, Daniel I. Bryant focuses his practice exclusively on employment law matters. With offices in both Columbus and Toledo, he primarily represents clients throughout Ohio. Admitted to practice before all Ohio state courts, Mr. Bryant is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He has also appeared in district courts within the Sixth Circuit.Mr. Bryant limits his client base to prospective, current and former employees, and he has handled a variety of matters on their behalf. A significant portion of his practice is centered on the representation of people who have been unlawfully discriminated against in cases arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Mr. Bryant's experience has also encompassed Family and Medical Leave Act disputes, Fair Labor Standards Act violations, sexual harassment, and wrongful terminations and other forms of prohibited retaliation. In addition to his courtroom work, he has appeared before such state and federal agencies as the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.Majoring in politics and government, Mr. Bryant attended Ohio Wesleyan University, and he was a member of the school's varsity soccer team before receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 2019. He then pursued his legal education at the University of Toledo College of Law. While there, he was a legal extern for a judge on the Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals and clerked for an area law firm before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2013. Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Bryant's professional memberships include the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association.
