He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Tennessee, and before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Court of Federal Appeals for the Federal Circuit.From Tennessee Technological University, Mr. Bahou earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He then attended Middle Tennessee State University, where he graduated with a Master of Business Administration. At Johns Hopkins University, he obtained a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and graduated with honors.He then went on to attend the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in intellectual property. While in law school, he was a senior articles editor for The Journal of Law and Technology. Mr. Bahou represents defendants and plaintiffs throughout the country and manages the entire process of intellectual property litigation.
