- Attorney Donna-Marie Hayle is the founder of Atlanta's Hayle Law. Since establishing the firm, she has focused her practice exclusively on family law, offering individuals and families in Georgia's Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb and Gwinnett counties both representation and support during some of life's most difficult moments. As a result of her reputation for providing aggressive, yet compassionate, representation, the residents of the Atlanta metropolitan area know to put their trust in her as they face legal challenges related to the following:· Divorce· Child custody· Legitimization· Post-decree modifications· Contempt· Same-sex legal issuesMs. Hayle earned her law degree from University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she also earned a certificate in family law. She began her career in Florida after her admission to The Florida Bar in 2012, where she practiced until relocating to Georgia. The State Bar of Georgia granted her admission in 2013, and she has focused her efforts on helping Atlanta residents since that time.After less than five years of legal practice, Ms. Hayle has already built a reputation as one of Georgia's most promising young attorneys, which has led to numerous honors, including an "Excellent" rating from Avvo.Attorney Hayle is not only active in the courtroom and at the negotiating table but also in the legal community. She is a valued member of a number of legal organizations on local and state levels, including the Atlanta Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and the Stonewall Bar Association of Georgia, Inc.
