Vincent D. Reese is a managing partner of Mickes O'Toole, LLC, a "Top 50" law firm in Missouri. Mickes O'Toole is located in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Reese is registered in Missouri and Illinois. He represents and advises a wide variety of private and public clients on labor and employment issues, restrictive agreements, education law, civil rights issues, trade disputes and other serious matters. In addition to serving before state courts in Missouri and Illinois, Mr. Reese is also admitted to the bar before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern and Northern Districts of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th and 8th and circuits. During his career, Mr. Reese has gained valuable experience handling cases before various state and federal agencies including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), the National Labor Relations Board ("NLRB"), the United States Department of Labor ("DOL") and the Missouri Inter alia Human Rights Commission (MCHR). Mr. Reese has made remarkable achievements in his practice and has been a speaker for the EEOC's annual technical assistance program for several years. He was also recognized as a "Top 100 Lawyer" by the National Black Lawyers Association. Mr. Reese has received top marks from both his clients and colleagues and has built a reputation as one of the leading lawyers in the region. Reese graduated from Truman State University in 1991 and from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1999. While in law school, he was the winner of the school's Environmental Moot Court competition and received the Judge Samuel Breckenridge Award and Honor Student Award. Since 2006, Mr. Reese has been an Associate Professor at the Washington University School of Law. Reese is also deeply committed to his local community, which is evident in his commitment to various civil and nonprofit organizations.
