- Attorney Tiffany A. O'Connell is the founder and principal of O’Connell Law, LLC, in Natick, Massachusetts. Licensed to practice in New Hampshire as well as Massachusetts, Ms. O'Connell serves the rights and interest of clients throughout both states who have legal needs involving any of the following:· Estate planning· Elder law· Probate and trust administration· Business succession planning· Medicaid planning· Veterans benefits planning· Charitable planningEarly in her career, Ms. O'Connell worked as in-house counsel for insurance companies as well as an insurance defense attorney. She then served active duty as a member of the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate General Corp at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., where she acted as soldier's counsel for disabled service members. Following this, she re-entered private practice focusing on estate planning, and she established her own law firm in 2010 with a mission to deliver the highest level of counsel and support possible to her clients.Recognized for her outstanding professionalism and exceptional client service, Ms. O'Connell has earned numerous accolades from her peers, and she holds "Superb" client ratings on Avvo. She also received the Army Commendation Medal twice along with the Army Achievement Medal for her service with veterans.Highly active in her legal community, she is a member of numerous local, state and national legal organizations, including the ElderCounsel, LLC, the WealthCounsel, L.L.C., the Fiduciary Inn of Court, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc., the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, among her other professional affiliations.A 1991 graduate of Boston College, Ms. O'Connell obtained her Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law in 1994, and she received her Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 2011. She is also an Accredited Estate Planner with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and a Certified Business Exit Consultant with Pinnacle Equity Solutions.Committed to her local community as well, Ms. O'Connell served on the board of Bethany Hill Place, and she is the former president of the Charles River Rotary Club.
