Representing clients in San Diego, California, she has spent her entire career advocating for individuals as they work through complicated family law proceedings. These include the following: divorce, legal separation, high net worth divorce, annulment, writs and appeals, restraining orders, spousal support or alimony, child support, child custody and visitation, military divorce, move-away cases, business valuation, property division, post-judgment litigation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, grandparent rights, same-sex marriage issues and stepparent adoption.One among her most successful cases resulted in a settlement for a client who was owed past-due child support of over $150,000. Along with family law cases, Ms. Yunus also has experience in estate planning and litigation, forensic accountancy and tax accountancy. For her advocacy in the courtroom, she was the first winner of the Golden Sledgehammer Award given by the firm.Fluent in both Farsi and English, Ms. Yunus earned her undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton.
