Personal service is the hallmark of my practice. My clients work with me; no employee or paralegal. Optimized cases, carried out professionally but economically, are my goal. Whether I'm representing a Chapter 11 debtor, a Chapter 12 farmer, an unpaid supplier or seller, a bank, a secured creditor, the Trustee, or the Board of Creditors, I try to get to the core issues of the case without undue litigation reach. When litigation is required, I focus on the bottom line rather than expensive discovery and exercise practices. I also take care of consumer insolvency cases and bring my almost 40 years of experience in these cases to my clients. As a child, I would recite the Lord's Prayer: "Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors." People in financial distress need to understand and be comforted that debt relief is a philosophy deeply ingrained in our society, and that bankruptcy relief is an expression of that belief. In short, I strive to provide a high quality result-oriented presentation in all of my cases that are handled ethically and efficiently. That commitment is part of every case I take.
