Kevin P. Hartley studied at The University of Tennessee College of Law and graduated in 2010. After passing the bar exam, he was admitted to legal practice in 2010.

Rick is a full-time intellectual-property litigator, handling lawsuits and other disputes related to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents and publicity rights, as well as more exotic creatures like the Stored Communications Act. From 2012 to 2014, Rick was also an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt Univeristy Law School, teaching Copyright Law.
