The trial court entered judgment in favor of the client, and the judgment was upheld on appeal.Mr. Throckmorton also protected a judgment for his client in a published appellate decision at Mesa Forest Products, Inc. v. St. Paul Mercury Insurance Company (1999) 72 Cal.App.4th 324, 86 Cal.Rptr.2d 398.
