- The owner of Berryman Family Law, R. Scott Berryman represents clients in Atlanta, the metropolitan Atlanta area and surrounding counties in Georgia. He focuses his practice on family law, handling matters such as divorce; child custody involving parents, grandparents and third parties; modification of family law agreements; prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; mediation and arbitration; child support and spousal support; and division of property.After graduating from Oxford College of Emory University with an Associate of Arts in 1986, Mr. Berryman earned a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in 1988. He then attended the University of Georgia School of Law and received a Juris Doctor in 1991, graduating cum laude.Since 1991, Mr. Berryman has assisted people in dealing with personal matters relating to themselves and their families. He understands how difficult and emotional family law cases are and seeks to provide the best service possible to his clients. Mr. Berryman helps his clients understand their situation and the options that are available to them.A skilled advocate, he is known for his ability to achieve results that meet clients' needs and is prepared to take cases to trial, if necessary.
