Attorney Mollie McGraw is a partner at McGraw & Strickland, LLC, in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Ms. McGraw focuses her practice on personal injury law and serves individuals and families throughout Las Cruces who have been seriously injured or lost a loved one due to wrongdoing. She has experience with matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, inadequate security, victims of crime, civil rights, car accidents, insurance disputes, pharmacy negligence and premises liability.Ms. McGraw has been licensed to practice law since 2006, and is licensed in New Mexico and Texas. Over the course of her career, she has obtained substantial verdicts and settlements for her clients and is one of only a select few New Mexico attorneys to receive an eight-figure verdict. In 2015, she obtained a $12 million verdict for her clients in a wrongful death, inadequate security case. In 2017, Ms. McGraw obtained a $1.6 million verdict in federal court for her clients in a police brutality case.Recognized for her accomplishments, Ms. McGraw was nominated as a “Top 40 under 40” lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers in 2012, 2013 and 2014. In 2019, Ms. McGraw began serving as President-Elect of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association.Outside of her practice, Ms. McGraw is very active in the legal community. She is also a supporter of the Southern Poverty Law Center, New Mexico Wilderness Alliance, Action Program for Animals and NM Communidades en Accion y de Fe (NM Cafe).Ms. McGraw holds bachelor’s degrees in American history and journalism from Northwestern University. She earned her juris doctorate from Baylor Law.
