Attorney Marco A. Moreno is a partner at the law firm of Moreno & Villarrubia, LLP, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is co-chair of the Immigration and Global Mobility Practice Group and the firm’s Corporate Department. He is also appointed by the Mexican secretary of foreign relations to represent the Mexican Consulate in Indianapolis.As part of his legal practice, Mr. Moreno interacts with a wide variety of government agencies. He regularly represents large international corporations, small franchises, foreign investors and individuals in all aspects of immigration law. He counsels corporate clients on immigration benefits for employees, prepares PERM Labor Certification Applications, handles family-based immigrant visa petitions and more. He has extensive experience with a spectrum of visas, including E-1, E-2, H-1B, H-2B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, P-1, TN-1 and TN-2.Mr. Moreno has received numerous professional awards throughout his legal career, including the Forty Under 40 Award from the Indianapolis Business Journal, the Indiana University Public Service Recognition Award and the Diversity in Practice Award from Indiana Lawyer.Mr. Moreno graduated with his J.D. degree from Indiana University's Robert H.
