Focusing his practice primarily on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, Leonid "Leo" Kishinevsky is the Managing Partner of the Kishinevsky Law Firm located in Houston, Texas. Providing representation to clients throughout the area, he assists people who have suffered economic and noneconomic losses and harm through the negligence of other persons or entities. His cases have included motor vehicle collisions, pedestrian accidents, workplace injuries not covered by workers' compensation insurance, premises liability, and defective products, and he sued governmental entities as well as private parties. Mr. Kishinevsky also helps policyholders whose claims have been denied in bad faith by their insurance companies.In 2006, Mr. Kishinevsky received both a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government and a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
