Mr. Beckham has been admitted to practice before all Florida state courts since 2002, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.Mr. Beckham has been able to obtain positive results for many of his clients through favorable plea agreements, acquittals, dismissals and charge reductions. While he was there, he handled juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony cases and earned several acquittals.
