He has also promoted consumer rights in the U.S. Courtroom Jason also regularly lectures on consumer bankruptcy matters and fair debt collection law at local, state, and national conferences for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and local bar associations. Jason is a board member of the Carbon County Bar Association, a member of The National Association of Consumer Advocates, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys are actively involved in community regeneration organizations such as the Lehighton Downtown Initiative. The Pennsylvania Fair Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Report Act, and the Unfair Commercial Practices Act and Consumer Protection Act are three important laws that help protect the rights of consumers in Pennsylvania.
