Attorney Jack E. Morris is a partner with the Benson, Pantello & Morris, LLP in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He then attended the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1980. That same year, the Indiana State Bar Association admitted him to practice, and in 1983, Mr. Morris joined the firm that would eventually become Benson, Pantello, Morris, James & Logan.A consummate professional completely committed to his practice, Mr. Morris is active in several local, state and national bar associations, including the Allen County Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, among others. Jack serves on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Trial Lawyers, and also gives back to his local community though his involvement with numerous civic and charitable organizations.

Born and raised in Chicago Heights, Illinois, James attended Indiana University in Bloomington where he was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. He received his law degree at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University in 1975. While attending law school, James clerked at the Indianapolis law firm of Stewart & Irwin, P.C. He practiced law at Stewart & Irwin from 1976 — 2013. In 2013 he relocated his practice to Katz Korin Cunningham.The primary focus of his practice has been medical malpractice defense. He has represented physicians, dentists and their groups throughout the state of Indiana.
