- Irv Rakhlin is passionate about fighting for his clients. Representing those in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, he handles all aspects of criminal defense. His previous cases include: clerk magistrate hearings, probation violations, domestic assault and battery, malicious destruction of property, breaking and entering, theft, fraud, drug crimes, murder, sexual assault, restraining orders, assault and battery, assault, OUI and DWI.A graduate of Amherst College and Boston University School of Law, Mr. Rakhlin has spent almost 15 years advocating for those who have been accused of committing a crime. Throughout his career, he has always been focused on getting a dismissal or a not guilty verdict for a client, and he finds his greatest satisfaction in doing so. He is an attorney that will go the extra mile and give the extra effort to get you the best possible result!
