- Gonzalo Fernandez, a partner at Devereaux, Stokes, Fernandez & Leonard PC, is a smart and aggressive litigation attorney for his clients across the country. Prior to law school, Mr. Fernandez attended Boston College and received his Bachelor of Art degree in 1985. He then completed his legal education at Washington University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1989. While studying law, Mr. Fernandez also received a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. Fernandez initially worked for Baker & McKenzie in Chicago. He then returned to St. Louis to serve as the Assistant Attorney in the St. Louis City Attorney's Office. After more than 100 legal disputes, Mr. Fernandez went to private practice and to work with personal injury. He has achieved numerous outstanding results for his clients and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an invitation-only organization in which all members must have settled or judged at least $ 1 million. In addition, he learned from his colleagues about Avvo.Mr. received a rating of 10.0. Fernandez is an active participant in several professional associations, including the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the American Association for Justice, and the Hispanic National Bar Association. He is bilingual in Spanish and English.
