F. William DeVore, IV is a partner at DeVore, Acton & Stafford, P.A., in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. DeVore dedicates his practice to areas of law, including condemnation, contract law, construction law, estate planning, premises liability, personal injury, real estate, wrongful death and more. He represents a diverse range of clients throughout the Charlotte area, also assisting clients in traffic ticket cases in Mecklenburg County.Mr. DeVore is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism. He went on to obtain his law degree from Elon University School of Law, located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Before joining his father’s practice at DeVore, Acton & Stafford, P.A. in 2010, he gained valuable legal experience by working for two other private firms.Throughout his career, Mr. DeVore’s dedication to the issues of his clients has led to verdicts and settlements of million and multimillion-dollar figures. His ability to navigate such large cases stems from his experience at both the state court and appellate levels, and he is admitted to practice in all North Carolina state courts as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District, Middle District, and Western District of North Carolina.Outside of his law practice, Mr. DeVore enjoys being actively involved in his local legal and professional communities.
