Mr. de la Garza, a founding partner of DLG Luce, focuses his practice primarily in business litigation and complex civil litigation including business litigation and personal injury law. Prior to joining DLG Luce, Mr. de la Garza practiced with a well-respected litigation firm handling similar matters.Mr. de la Garza has dedicated his legal career to practicing law and litigating throughout Texas and central Texas, including both the San Antonio and Austin local courts. In doing so, he has gained invaluable courtroom experience in both civil and criminal litigation. Prior to practicing law, Mr. de la Garza earned his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law and his Bachelors of Arts in Government from the University of Texas in Austin.While in law school, Mr. de la Garza worked as a teachers assistant for Dean Charles Cantu, served as a student mentor and was a brief writer and oralist in the world renowned and widely praised Jessup International Moot Court Competition.
