She then attended the University of La Verne College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2006 and earned her Master of Business Administration in 2007.Also in 2007, she received her license to practice from The State Bar of California as well as her admittance to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is also licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California.Upon entering the legal profession, Ms. Yang acquired invaluable experience working for several other area law firms where she focused primarily on intellectual property law and litigation as well as prosecuting patent and trademark infringements.
