Since 2002, she has been representing people in the Tampa Bay area and across Florida in matters, including the following: divorce, property division and alimony; child support and issues involving the Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program; parenting plans, time-sharing schedules, paternity and relocation; post-judgment orders, modifications, contempt and enforcement; name changes; and injunctions involving domestic violence, dating violence and repeat violence.Some attorneys view a family law issue merely as a case that needs to be resolved. Ms. Probasco strives to bring matters to a close efficiently, but she also knows there are real people involved. These cases are often sensitive in nature, and Ms. Probasco is keenly aware of the emotions her clients are experiencing. She is known for her compassionate representation and ability to effectively communicate with clients.That is part of the reason she is highly regarded in the legal community. She is a member of groups such as The Florida Bar’s Family Law Section and the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Collaborative Law Section.In 1999, Ms. Probasco earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida. She went on to receive a Juris Doctor in 2002 from the Florida State University College of Law.
