• Registered Civil and Domestic Mediator.  For over 35 years, I have defended civil suits, including personal injury, product liabiltiy, trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and commercial litigation. I have served clients by trying numerous jury trials throughout Indiana and in both state and federal courts.  As former President of Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, Past President of American Board of Advocates (Indiana) and State Representative of DRI, I  am a strong advocate of the right to trial by jury.  Nevertheless, I recognize the need to promote civility throughout the judicial system by serving as both an attorney advocate and as a registered civil and domestic mediator. I am recognized by The Academy of Distinugished Neutrals.My selection as Indiana's Defense Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2008 was a great recognition by my peers.  Service as Indiana's elected DRI State Representative (2012-2015) allowed me to gain experience on a national level whereas experience serving as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President of American Board of Trial Advocates (Indiana) educated me about both sides of legal issues. I remain an active invited member of ADTA, DTCI and Indiana Association of Mediators.  I have chaired several continuing legal education seminars for attorneys (Stanley v. Walker Forum) and have authored several scholarly articles published for the benefit of the legal profession, including "Defending Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation in 2017." I enjoy a 10.0 ranking by AVVO and an AV Rating by Martindale Hubbell.  In 2017, I was honored with America's Top One Hundred Attorneys Life Time Achievement Award.
