Donna DeVaney Stockham received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg, Florida. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997. She belongs to several associations including the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA), Windstorm Insurance Network and The Florida Bar, Trial Lawyers Section. She was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Windstorm Insurance Network. Mrs. DeVaney Stockham represents homeowners, boat owners, business owners, condominium associations, hotels, churches, and monasteries in property damage insurance litigation claims. She was also selected to Florida Trend’s Legal Elite the past three years (2016-2018). Her outstanding knowledge and experience awarded her the opportunity to speak at the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS), Property Insurance Law Committee, Spring CLE meeting in Carlsbad, California on the topic of Mediating Property Insurance Cases.
