Reiff graduated the nationally ranked Fordham University and Fordham School of Law in NYC. After law school, Mr. Reiff joined the New York City Law Department. As a member of the well-respected Manhattan Trial Unit he spent several years in the court room handling back to back trials before entering private practice with a firm that handled plaintiff's negligence, workers' compensation and Social Security Disability. He started his own law firm in 2007 and, as stated above, later became a member of the prestigious construction site accident litigation firm, Sacks and Sacks LLP of New York City. In the court room, Devon worked with the lead trial attorney at Sacks and Sacks in 2016 and 2019 respectively in obtaining two exceptionally large jury verdicts, ($13.7M & $22.9M respectively) for Sacks and Sacks clients. Those cases eventually resulted in confidential settlements.Admitted to practice in New York, Mr. Reiff is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Supreme Court of the United States.
