Co-founder of Pietz & Shahriari, LLP in Beverly Hills, Cyrus Shahriari is a standout force in the realms of personal injury, police misconduct, and employment law. Using his tenacity, extensive legal knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail, Mr. Shahriari is dedicated to helping clients throughout Southern California receive the compensation they deserve.The California native began his path toward legal excellence at the University of Southern California, from where he received a Bachelor of Arts in communications in 2010. As an undergraduate, he served as the philanthropy chair of Pi Kappa Alpha. Following his time at USC, Mr. Shahriari studied at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school, he worked as a research assistant to professor Samuel H. Pillsbury and received his Juris Doctor in 2013.Prior to opening his namesake firm in early 2017, Mr. Shahriari gained experience as an associate attorney at Wesierski & Zurek, LLP, and Gerard Fox Law, respectively. He also served as a judicial extern clerk for the Honorable Joseph A. Brandolino in Los Angeles County Superior Court.Mr. Shahriari is licensed to practice in the state of California and before the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California. A member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the American Association for Justice, he retains an interest in legal writing. His paper on employee civil liability and Supreme Court rules was published in Defense Law Update in 2014.When not practicing law, Mr. Shahriari plays the violin, practices meditation and yoga, and loves to spend time outdoors with his dog, Jolie.
