- Craig Friedman is the founder of Friedman Law Firm, P.L.L.C., where he focuses his practice on several areas of the law. From the firm's office in Jacksonville, Arkansas, he represents clients throughout the greater Little Rock metropolitan area. Admitted to practice before all Arkansas state courts, Mr. Friedman is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.A significant portion of Mr. Friedman's practice consists of personal injury litigation, in which he assists clients who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties. In addition to motor vehicle crashes, he has represented railroad workers who have been injured on the job due to their employer's negligence and who are seeking compensation under the Federal Employers Liability Act. During his career, Mr. Friedman has been able to obtain sizable jury awards and negotiated settlements on behalf of his plaintiff clients.In addition to his personal injury caseload, Mr. Friedman's experience encompasses landlord-tenant disputes, and he has helped clients who have filed claims with respect to their property or disability coverage and whose insurance companies have disputed or denied them in bad faith. He has also handled real estate transactions, family law matters, criminal defense and general civil litigation. Mr. Friedman's successful track record in all of these endeavors have earned him the respect of his colleagues, as evidenced by his "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo. In addition, he has been named to the American Society of Legal Advocates: Top 40 Lawyers Under 40. A 2010 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, Mr. Friedman is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and other professional organizations.
