- Bridget G. Morgan, an associate with the law firm of Bickerton Law Group, LLLP, provides astute representation for her clients in Honolulu, Hawaii, and throughout the state. Ms. Morgan's legal practice is focused in the area of business, commercial and business bankruptcy law, including business litigation, creditor and debtor rights for businesses, business bankruptcy, and class action and mass tort cases.Before attending law school, Ms. Morgan graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Seattle University. She then commenced her legal studies at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, graduating with her Juris Doctor in 2005. She has been licensed to practice law in Hawaii since 2007. Ms. Morgan began her legal career working as a guardian ad litem representing children in the foster care system at the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii through the AmeriCorps program. She then worked in private practice in Hawaii and Seattle before joining Bickerton Dang, LLLP. She has represented clients in a broad variety of civil, bankruptcy and commercial litigation cases. Her clients have included bankruptcy trustees, Chapter 11 debtors, state court receivers, and defendants and plaintiffs in various litigation matters. Actively involved in the legal profession, Ms. Morgan is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association. Ms. Morgan is admitted to practice law before the state courts of Washington and Hawaii, the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
