After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from The University of New Mexico in 1969, he earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 1972.In addition to serving his clients, Mr. Newcomb is involved with professional organizations including the Palo Alto Area Bar Association, the San Mateo County Trial Lawyers Association, the San Mateo County Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the Consumer Attorneys of California. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
