Brenda Ezell is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate. She practices primarily in the area of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on commercial leasing (including various types of specialty leases such as cell tower leases, industrial and warehouse leases among others). She also has significant experience closing business aquisitions and other commercial transactions, land use and zoning matters and state and local government law. Ms. Ezell is also experienced in resolving property disputes and other real estate matters successfully without the need for litigation. After serving as a Legal Specialist in the U.S. Army, she graduated summa cum laude from Jacksonville University in 1997 and with honors from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2000. Ms. Ezell is currently a member of the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, for which she serves as chair of the Real Estate Leasing Committee and co-chair of the Membership & Inclusion Committee.
