- As managing partner at Folkman Law Offices P.C., Benjamin Folkman represents clients in Philadelphia, New Jersey and southern New Jersey. A member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and as a Board-Certified Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, he handles cases of civil rights, employment law, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, personal injury and business and commercial litigation. Folkman is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Arizona and New Jersey. The NJ Supreme Court certified Mr. Folkman as a civil trial attorney. In addition, the National Board of Trial Advocacy certified Mr. Folkman as a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate.
