Bahram Seyedin-Noor, the founder and partner of Alto Litigation, PC, zealously advocates for his clients in lawsuits, arbitrations, administrative proceedings and pre-litigation negotiations. He focuses his practice on the areas of securities and complex business and corporate matters, successfully representing his clients in disputes before arbitration panels as well as in state and federal courts. Mr. Seyedin-Noor's practice also includes advising boards and special committees on SEC matters, internal investigations and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.Prior to attending law school, Mr. Seyedin-Noor first completed his Bachelor of Arts in economics and Spanish and Russian literature at Pomona College in 1996. He then went on to attend Harvard Law School, where he served as the editor of the Harvard International Law Journal. He also worked as a teaching fellow for the Harvard University Department of Economics prior to graduating with his Juris Doctor in 1999.Mr. Seyedin-Noor's practice of the law is characterized by his intelligent approach.
