- The founder of her own law firm, Ashlea L. Palladino focuses her practice solely on divorce and other family law matters. Located in Buffalo, New York, her clients come from throughout Erie County and other parts of the greater Buffalo metropolitan area. Ms. Palladino has been admitted to practice before all New York state courts since 2010.In her divorce practice, Ms. Palladino provides dedicated representation to people whose marriages are coming to an end and who are thus having to deal with such issues as property division, child custody and visitation, and alimony and child support. She believes that in many cases, minor children do best when they are allowed to spend as much time as possible with both of their parents, and thus she will often seek joint physical custody when appropriate. For her clients who have already gone through a divorce, Ms. Palladino helps them seek modifications to or the enforcement of existing support or custody orders.Other parts of Ms. Palladino's family law practice include the preparation and review of prenuptial agreements, paternity establishment and disputes, and the representation of people who have been the victim of domestic violence and who are seeking protective orders from the court. The quality of Ms. Palladino's work in her professional endeavors as well as her high degree of ethics has earned her a "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo. A 2009 recipient of a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, her memberships include the Bar Association of Erie County and New York State Bar Association.
