Andrew Altschul mediates labor and ERISA disputes. In addition to his mediation practice, Andrew handles federal and state court appeals in relation to labor disputes, provides daily employment advice, litigation relating to ERISA benefits, acts as a settlement advisor and negotiates collective bargaining primarily for nonprofits. He also consults small law firms on law firm management. Andrew has over 20 years of experience representing employers and employees in all aspects of industrial disputes. He served as an employment law attorney for two of the largest law firms in the country before opening his own employment law boutique in 2004 and helping found Buchanan Angeli Altschul & Sullivan LLP in 2008. Andrew is also a frequent speaker on national and local labor law forums. He is an active member of bars in Oregon, Washington, and California. Andrew received his law degree with honors from the University of Michigan Law School and his bachelor's degree from Grinnell College.
