• Joshua J. Cochran is an attorney at Schemery Zicolello, P.C., located in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. He then went on to attend Duquesne University School of Law on a full academic scholarship and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Cochran was a member of the Duquesne Law Review, gaining valuable legal writing experience that has benefited him in the preparation of pleadings and motions in his practice.After graduation, he spent three years as a clerk for a judge on the Court of Common Pleas - 39th Judicial District of Pennsylvania, and then two years clerking for a judge on the Pennsylvania Superior Court before joining his current firm. Admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts, Mr. Cochran is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.In order to forge connections with fellow attorneys and to stay abreast of current developments in his practice areas, Mr. Cochran is an active participant in several legal organizations. His memberships include the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lycoming Law Association and North Central Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
