Martha Ann Sitterding has provided litigation to those involved in civil and criminal law controversies in Maryland courts for over 30 years. As a solo practitioner in Carroll County, she focuses on complex domestic matters such as divorce, custody, business, and other disputes. She helps each client understand the process, identify problems, set realistic goals, and make decisions that are focused on achieving those goals. Ms. Sitterding prepares for litigation, but advocates alternative dispute resolution and out-of-court settlement as the most cost-effective means of settlement.
