- Jovanna L. Patrick, partner at Hollander Lebenbaum Gannicott & Patrick, divides her practice into employee compensation, personal injury and legal violations. Based out of the company's Portland, Oregon office, she serves clients across the metropolitan area and state. Patrick was admitted to the bar in 2011 in all courts in the US state of Oregon. In her employee compensation practice, Ms. Patrick supports people who have been injured in the workplace and who make use of their legitimate benefits under the insurance cover of their employer. She works with them throughout the process to ensure that the application is submitted on time and includes all required documentation, and assists them in subsequent hearings before the State Workers Compensation Committee in the event that the application is denied. Patrick also represents clients who have suffered economic and non-economic losses outside of the workplace due to the negligence of other people or organizations. The cases she handles include on-site liability, automobile accidents, defective products, and pedestrian accidents. She could get substantial compensation for her clients. Ms. Patrick's experience in this regard extends to professional negligence on the part of attorneys who have harmed their clients. Ms. Patrick was fluent in both Spanish and English and received her Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Lewis & Clark College, Portland in 2005. She then completed her legal education at Lewis & Clark Law School and received her in 2010 Juris Doctor. Ms. Patrick serves on the Executive Committee of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Oregon State Bar and is active in other legal organizations such as the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and Oregon Women Lawyers.
