Jamie R. Lebovitz is a Senior Partner at Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy. He practices personal injury and death-related litigation, with a focus on aviation, rail, and trucking disasters. Jamie has more than 25 years of litigator experience and has recovered numerous million dollar settlements and court judgments in cases against commercial airlines, aircraft manufacturers, rail and freight forwarders, and the federal government. He is a member of The American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association of Justice, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Ohio State, Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Counties Bar Associations, the Lawyers-Pilots Bar Association, and numerous other organizations. Jamie has been appointed by federal and state courts as a member of the Lead Trial Counsel Team and the Steering Committee of Plaintiffs in Aviation and Rail Accident Cases.
