- Attorney Lois J. Liberman is a partner and chair of the matrimonial and family law practice group at Blank Rome LLP in New York, New York. Ms. Liberman serves a wide group of high net worth New York clients, advising and litigating on matters, including divorce, custody, equitable distribution, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, same-sex agreements and more.Licensed to practice in New York since 1989, Ms. Liberman has been involved in many high-profile cases over the course of her career. She has appeared on various media programs and has been featured in publications, including the Huffington Post and People magazine, advising on matrimonial and family law issues. Along with her role as an attorney, she is a neutral evaluator in the Supreme Court of the State of New York’s Matrimonial Neutral Evaluation program.Actively involved in her community, Ms. Liberman has spoken for New York-based bar associations and the Association of Divorce Financial Planners and is a member of the Interdisciplinary Forum on Mental Health and Family Law. She is also heavily involved in the New York Women’s Bar Association, serving as co-chair of the matrimonial and family law committee, as well as the judiciary committee and takes on pro bono cases through the organization.In addition, Ms. Liberman serves in various roles in her position at Blank Rome LLP. She has been a member of the diversity, nominating, technology and women’s steering committees and she currently co-chairs the summer associate program.Ms. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and earned her law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
