Zafiropoulos concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate law with a focus on purchase, sale, land use and development, commercial leasing, condominium law and representing lenders. A versatile practitioner with over 30 years of experience, he represents a broad range of clients in the greater Boston area of Massachusetts.Mr. Zafiropoulos has served as counsel to numerous property owners, developers and closely held family businesses during the development of several small and large scale residential subdivision and condominium projects. He received the Builders Association of Greater Boston's 2009 Silver Prism Award for Best Multi-Family Conversion for his work as one of the principals on the development team of a 26-unit, $15 million condominium project in Boston. In addition to his business experience with these developments, Mr. Zafiropoulos also brings experience as a licensed construction supervisor to his practice.After graduating from Boston College with his bachelor's degree in political science in 1986, Mr. Zafiropoulos went on to receive his law degree from the Suffolk University Law School in 1990.
