Martha R. Bagley is the founder of Bagley law, P.C., located in Salem, Massachusetts, and is a Member of Weston Patrick, P.A. in Boston. Ms. Bagley serves the residents of the Boston area, along with the residents of Massachusetts' North Shore. Attorney Bagley specializes in the areas of probate and family law.She earned her Bachelor of Arts in 1985 and a graduate certificate in government in 1988 from Boston College. She earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law in 1994. Before founding her current firm, Ms. Bagley practiced for 14 years with her father, Ralph Bagley, at Bagley & Bagley, P.C., in Boston.In addition to her family law practice, attorney Bagley is a leader and advocate of education. She advises other attorneys on evidentiary issues and trial advocacy. She is also a frequent lecturer and faculty member at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., and a lecturer at New England Law. Each year, Martha Bagley teaches a class on the introduction and exclusion of evidence. In 2005, she became a member of the Oxford Round Table for her lectures on family law and writings on women's rights.Attorney Bagley is qualified to practice before the courts of the commonwealth of Massachusetts and has appeared before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Superior Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Attorney Bagley was named an Honorary Trustee of the Boston Marine Society and elected the first woman officer in the organization's 272 year history.
