John P. Tribuiano III is a partner at the Sacramento, California, litigation firm Novey, Tribuiano & Yamada. Mr. Tribuiano has extensive experience in civil and workers' compensation litigation. He dedicates his practice to representing injured victims in cases arising out of motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, dog bites and attacks, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death and negligence. Prior to joining his present firm, Mr. Tribuiano spent eight years as a senior associate at a preeminent Sacramento law firm and co-founded another prominent area firm.An effective litigator, Mr. Tribuiano has obtained multiple seven-figure settlements and verdicts for his clients in motor vehicle collision, slip-and-fall and medical malpractice cases. He has particular experience in medical malpractice cases based on Health and Safety Code 103900, requiring physicians to report patients whose medical conditions cause them to lapse in consciousness to the Department of Motor Vehicles.Mr. Tribuiano attended Bethel College in Kansas, where he graduated with honors and was an All-American football player. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law.
