- Zachariah Evangelista is an attorney at Ser & Associates, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on various aspects of business law. From the firm's offices in Coral Gables, Florida, he provides representation to clients throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe counties. A member in good standing of The Florida Bar since 2011, Mr. Evangelista is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts.Many of Mr. Evangelista's clients are entrepreneurs who are planning to launch a new venture. In this regard, he provides advice and counsel with respect to the most appropriate type of legal entity for the proposed business and then helps to prepare and file the appropriate paperwork. Once the business has been formed, Mr. Evangelista drafts agreements among the owners and then helps to negotiate employment agreements and other necessary business contracts. For companies that are already doing business, he provides representation regarding mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, intellectual property protection, marketing, outsourcing, restructuring, and regulatory compliance. The quality of Mr. Evangelista's work and high degree of ethics have led to a great deal of recognition from his fellow attorneys, including a "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo.Mr. Evangelista attended Hofstra University as an undergraduate, where he majored in anthropology and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2004. He then enrolled at Florida International University and subsequently obtained a Master of Public Administration. While he was there, he also pursued his legal education at the Florida International University College of Law, and in 2011, he was awarded his Juris Doctor with honors. A member of the board of directors of the South Miami Kendall Bar Association, Mr. Evangelista is also an active participant in the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar.
