- A highly regarded civil trial attorney, William P. Langdale, III, focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases as well as complex business litigation. Located in Valdosta, Georgia, he provides representation to clients throughout the southern part of the state. Admitted to practice in Georgia since 1992, Mr. Langdale is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He has also appeared pro hac vice in several other states across the country.In his personal injury practice, Mr. Langdale assists people who have been harmed by the negligence of other persons or entities. The types of cases that he has handled on their behalf have arisen out of incidents involving truck and other motor vehicle crashes, medical malpractice, premises liability, and defective products. Mr. Langdale has been able to obtain hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients, through both jury awards and settlements that he has negotiated out of court. He has also been successful in his business litigation practice, where he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and achieved favorable results.Mr. Langdale has received a great deal of recognition from his colleagues for his successful track record and high degree of ethics. Mr. Langdale is also a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, both of which are invitation-only organizations. A past president of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, his other memberships include the American Association for Justice. Mr. Langdale was awarded his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1992.
